* The Beneficiary Bank charges a total of USD 30 for each transaction. Besides registration fees, please remit an extra USD 30 for Beneficiary Bank charges. However, this amount does not cover the charge imposes by the Applicant's bank which you will have to bear.
* Reservation will only be valid upon receipt of the full payment.
* Please ensure that the name of the Congress and of the participant is stated on the bank transfer.
* An email confirming payment received will be sent within 7 business days after receipt of the required fees.
* Outstanding payments will be collected on-site. A copy of the bank transfer (or other proof of payment) will be required in the event that registration fees were not credited to the meeting account on time.

1. Important Notice
1.1 Any changes in booking must be informed in writing to the Congress Secretariat, NOT directly to the hotels.
1.2 Hotel reservation can be made till September 7 th, 2014. Any booking and changes made after September 7th, 2014 cannot be guaranteed, and will be subject to room availability.
1.3 Standard check-in time of 14:00 pm (local time) and check-out date of 12:00 pm (local time) apply to all hotels.
2. Cancellation & Refund Policy
Any cancellation must be notified in writing to the Congress Secretariat.
Before and including June 18th, 2014: Full refund, 10% processing fee deducted;
Between June 18th, 2014 and September 7th, 2014: Full refund, one night charged;
After September 7th, 2014: No refund.
