1. Registration Fees includes:

2. Student identification must be submitted along the registration.

3. If payment has not been made until the corresponding dates, you will automatically get into the higher payment category.

4. The deadline for online registration is Sep 7, 2014 before conference; any remittance shall not be received after that time.

Payment Method
Full payment must be done by corresponding deadlines. Confirmation will be sent upon receipt of your full payment. Payment can be made by the following methods:

Visa, Master card are accepted for online payment. Please note that if your credit card is declined or invalid, an alternate means of payment must be used to remit fees.

Notes:

1. The Beneficiary Bank charges a total of USD 30 for each transaction. Besides registration fees, please remit an extra USD 30 for Beneficiary Bank charges. However, this amount does not cover the charge imposed by the Applicant's bank which you will have to bear.

2. Please ensure that the name of the Congress and of the participant is stated on the bank transfer.

3. Registration will only be valid upon receipt of the full payment by the registration department according to the deadline indicated. An e-mail confirming registration will be sent within 7 business days after receipt of the required fees.

4. Outstanding payments will be collected on-site. A copy of the bank transfer (or other proof of payment) will be required in the event that registration fees were not credited to the meeting account on time.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

In case of a cancellation, the Congress will strictly adhere to the following Cancellation/Refund Policy:

1. Notification of cancellation must be submitted in writing to the Secretariat.

2. The written cancellation must reach the Secretariat before June 30 for a full refund less 10% processing fees.

3. The written cancellation must reach the Secretariat before September 7 for a 50% refund.

4. As of September 7 we cannot grant any refund for cancellations.

5. Duplicated payment refund: Full refund, less 10% processing fee.

6. All refunds will be processed after the Congress.
